What if I need multiple deliveries for clients, employees, or a special event?
We'd love to help!
Whether you're a realtor celebrating closings, a business recognizing employees, or someone planning a special event, we offer custom bulk ordering options and can create a package tailored to your needs.
Because every project is different, we recommend reaching out to discuss your timeline, budget, quantity, and delivery needs. We'll work with you to create something thoughtful, beautiful, and memorable.
What is included in each monthly delivery?
Each Pampered Petal Co. delivery includes fresh flowers, a handcrafted self-care item, and a seasonal baked treat. Every collection is thoughtfully curated around the season, so no two months are exactly alike.
How does the subscription work?
Choose a subscription length and we'll take care of the rest. Each month, a new seasonal collection will arrive at your doorstep featuring fresh flowers, self-care, and a sweet treat to enjoy.
1 Month Subscriptions include one delivery.
3 Month Subscriptions include three consecutive monthly deliveries.
6+ Month Subscriptions include an initial six-month commitment and then automatically continue month-to-month. Your card will be charged on the 1st of each month until you choose to cancel.
Cancellation requests for renewing 6+ Month Subscriptions must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to your next delivery.
When are deliveries made?
Hand deliveries are made on the first Saturday of each month.
When do I need to order?
To receive the upcoming month's collection, orders must be placed by the 15th of the previous month.Â
Example: Order by August 15 to receive the September Collection.
Orders placed after the 15th will begin with the following month's delivery.Â
Where do you deliver?
Pampered Petal Co. currently delivers exclusively within Douglas County, Colorado.
Why do you only deliver locally?
Keeping deliveries local allows us to ensure every collection arrives fresh, beautiful, and up to our quality standards.
Will every month's delivery be the same?
Not at all- and that's part of the fun!
Each collection is inspired by the season and designed to be a surprise. From flowers and fragrances to treats and themes, every month brings something new to look forward to.
Can I choose the flowers, self-care item, or baked treat?
Our collections are intentionally curated and are not customizable. We love the idea of creating a complete seasonal experience, and part of that experience is the surprise.
Can I gift a subscription?
Absolutely!
Pampered Petal Co. makes a thoughtful gift for birthdays, holidays, teachers, new homeowners, clients, friends, or anyone who deserves a little extra joy delivered to their doorstep.
Can I send a subscription to someone else?
Yes. During checkout, simply enter the recipient's delivery information and we'll take care of the rest. Gift subscriptions are one of our favorite ways to help celebrate someone special.
Can I skip a month?
Yes.
Life happens, vacations happen, and sometimes schedules get busy!
3 Month Subscribers may skip one delivery during their subscription term, and 6+ Month Subscribers may skip up to two deliveries.
Simply let us know by the 15th of the month prior to the delivery you'd like to skip.Â
Skipped deliveries are moved to the end of the subscription term and are not refunded.
Can I cancel my subscription?
1 Month and 3 Month Subscriptions are committed for the selected term and cannot be canceled before all scheduled deliveries have been completed.
6+ Month Subscriptions include an initial six-month commitment. After the initial six months, the subscription continues month-to-month until canceled.
How do I cancel a 6+ Month Subscription?
Cancellation requests must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to your next delivery.
What happens if no one is home during delivery?
No worries! If no one is available, we'll leave your collection in a safe location whenever possible. Because deliveries include fresh flowers and baked goods, we recommend bringing everything indoors as soon as possible to ensure it stays fresh and beautiful.
Pampered Petal Co. is not responsible for product deterioration, melting, freezing, wilting, theft, or weather-related damage after delivery has been completed.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
At this time, we are unable to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions.
Because our collections rotate monthly and include products from multiple vendors, we cannot guarantee that any item will be free from specific allergens, fragrances, or ingredients.
Will I know the monthly theme ahead of time?
Maybe a hint or two our socials!
We occasionally share sneak peeks and seasonal inspiration on social media, but the full collection is intended to be a surprise.
