Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if a delivery is incomplete or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damage to deliveries left outside for any period of time, due to the delicate nature of our products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your issue, and let you know if the item(s) will be refunded or replaced. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â
